Refund Policy
1) NO FREE RETURNS
We do not offer free returns.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing size guides before purchase.
- Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
2) 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/EEA)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right:

- You must return the goods within 14 days after notification
Returns sent without prior contact may experience delays in processing
3) RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCESS
Before returning any item, you must contact us at:

We will provide:
- return instructions
- confirmation of eligibility
This step ensures correct handling, but does not limit your statutory withdrawal rights
4) RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must:
- be unworn beyond initial try-on
- be unwashed
- show no signs of use under close inspection
- have no odors (including perfume, deodorant, smoke)
- have no stains, marks, lint, or hair
- show no fabric stress, stretching, or deformation
- have no collar wear or shape distortion
- be returned with tags and packaging where reasonably possible
Inspection standard
Items must be in condition comparable to new retail stock.
We reserve the right to:
- reject returns, or
- apply value deductions (partial refunds)
if items show any signs of handling beyond what is necessary to assess them.
This is based on EU rules regarding consumer liability for diminished value.
5) PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS
- Items must be returned in secure protective packaging
- Damage during return transit may result in reduced refund or rejection
6) REFUNDS (WITHDRAWAL)
If your return is accepted:
Refund includes:
- product price
- standard delivery cost (EU withdrawals only)
Excludes:
- express shipping upgrades
- return shipping costs
Timing
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after withdrawal notice
- We may withhold refund until:
- goods are received, or
- proof of return is provided
7) STORE CREDIT OPTION (+5% BONUS)
To improve flexibility, we offer store credit as an alternative to refunds.
If you choose store credit:
- you receive +5% extra value
- credit may be issued faster than refunds
Store credit is:
- non-transferable
- non-refundable
- valid for future purchases only
8) FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
You are entitled to remedies under EU law, including:
- replacement, or
- refund if replacement is not possible

9) EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee exchanges.
If you require a different size or item:
- contact us
- if unavailable → return + reorder
10) NON-EU ORDERS
For customers outside the EU/EEA:
- returns may be limited or subject to approval
- if accepted, customer is responsible for:
- return shipping
- customs duties
- import taxes
Unpaid customs charges = refused delivery = no refund
12) REFUSED RETURNS
We reserve the right to refuse returns if:
- sent outside the allowed timeframe
- show signs of wear or use
- fail hygiene or inspection standards
- are damaged due to improper return packaging
If refused:
- item may be returned to you at your cost
- or handled at our discretion after notice
13) FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION
We actively monitor return patterns.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse returns in cases of repeated abuse
- cancel or block future orders
- deny refunds where fraudulent behavior is suspected
This includes:
- excessive return frequency
- wardrobing (wearing and returning items)
- manipulated or false claims

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under EU consumer law, including:
- the 14-day withdrawal right
- the 2-year legal guarantee
